In addition to gaining his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, Jeff brings years of experience in building RESPA compliant joint ventures. Most recently he & his partner sold their title business to Fidelity.

Jim brings over 20 years in the mortgage banking & broker space. Jim leads all operations of Sympli Mortgage from implementing strategy to ensuring that your brokerage is compliant, profitable & growing.
Ethan Crowther
Ethan Crowther has extensive work experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in various companies proptech & insurance companies. Ethan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Having built & sold a multi-million dollar property & casualty insurance brokerage as well as multi-million dollar life insurance brokerage, John leads a national team with coverage in all 50 states.
